  Best tire shop I’ve ever visited. I was amazed when I checked my pressures it was as on my car manual. I’ve had cases where they filled to 55psi. This place also affordable quick service and friendly service. Russel Brown the guy who gave me a really good discount on tire mounts which I won’t forget for a long time. I wish them all the best

  Very helpful & friendly staff. I'll definitely be coming back here instead of Discount Tire across the street. They do flat repairs and free air checks in the back. Shout out to the manager, Russell, for getting me in & out super quick!

  The staff was friendly, but gave incorrect time estimates, costing me not only time, but money. I was quoted a one hour wait time the first day (Gio). Three hours later, I was instructed to return the following day for the work to be completed. The next morning, I arrive just as the shop opened (8:17am), and was quoted another one hour wait time. Another three hours later, my vehicle was pulled out, but the tire sensor light was still on (that should have been checked before pulling the car out). I waited another 45 minutes for the vehicle to be repaired. I am a massage therapist, and I had to call my client to cancel her noon massage appointment (costing me $75 for that session). As I drove away, I looked in the rear view mirror and noticed that the wheel cover had been ripped. I returned to the shop. Eric took a picture of the damage and the vin information on the inside of the door, and said that he would order another tire cover from Toyota.

  Last night, my 94-year-old father-in-law’s car died in the Aldi parking lot next to the Belle Tire in Matteson on a cold, rainy evening. I live more than an hour away, so I called the store just before closing time at 6:00 pm and spoke with Russell, the store manager. Russell went above and beyond the call of duty. He personally walked over to my father-in-law’s car, diagnosed a dead battery, and—despite it being after hours—replaced the battery on the spot. Thanks to his kindness and professionalism, the car was running perfectly again. Russell even followed up afterward to confirm that everything had been taken care of. His dedication and willingness to help a stranger, especially under those conditions, are truly exceptional. Many thanks to Russell and the Belle Tire Matteson team. Experiences like this remind me that great service and genuine care still exist—and I’ll be sure to pay it forward.

  Top tier customer service from the phone call to me entering the store. One of the workers asked for the manager, Russell to assist me before I could even ask! Love it. I had a list in my Google Notes to rattle off, but as professionals, they already know what to inspect for. The services they provide are extensive. I got to sit and chill out for a while. Pulled the solar shades down and watched my cooking shows. Glad they had coffee even though I already had my daily drink. Bathroom was clean, music was grooving at a nice level. I didn’t NEED tires today, but I’ll be back soon before I do to add electrical, and brakes done before winter 🥶❄️
