The female employee working at 5:30 PM on March 6, 2026 is extremely rude and impatient to people using the CAT scale. I am doing a military move and was weighing U-Haul, when she asked for the license plate, I asked if she could use “Military Move” (which is what the last CAT scale named my initial weight). She didn’t respond. A few minutes later she rudely came across the speaker saying, “I NEED THE LICENSE PLATE NUMBER, THERE ARE TRUCKS WAITING” , I asked again if she could put “military move”, no response, so I go and grab the license plate number, and read it to her. A few minutes go by, and I push the button and ask if she needed anything else, she then comes back yelling at us to get off the scale, trucks are waiting.
She’s very rude, impatient, does not communicate well. I’m not sure if this is to all customers, or only non truckers. Maybe she was just having a bad day, but I highly recommend going to another CAT scale, because this is my 5th military move and I’ve never had anyone be this rude to me.
