- JCJodo CMar 19, 20261.0Went to have my oil changed and transmission fluid flushed- tech stripped my transmission valve plug and they take 0 responsibility for any damage done to any vehicle because “they don’t know what has been done to a vehicle”. Told me I would need to take it to a dealership where “they can fix it”. Tell me why if you saw a damaged part on the vehicle, you would not immediately bring it to the attention of the owner- BEFORE touching it at all! Instead they went ahead and starting trying to mess with it ON CAMERA and THEN told me it was “rounded out upon arrival”. Absolutely do not take your vehicle here- you risk damage to your vehicle that they take 0 responsibility for because the vehicle leaves their premises. Even if you religiously get your services done there- because you “could have” taken your vehicle somewhere else- they take no responsibility for what they do. Poor, poor management, problem escalation, customer service, and team member accountability. I just got a quote from a local dealership to have this fixed- due to the severity of the rounded out plug, I will need to have my drain pan replaced as well because there’s no way to remove the plug without also damaging the pan, not to mention labor and of course new transmission fluid that will drain during part replacement- bringing the total repair to OVER $700!! I have the estimate in hand from Absher Arnold! Go to Take 5 Oil Change instead!! Friendly (and much faster) service, a bottle of water, and great techs! Plus they always have a coupon!!
