The Pilot™ app also features mobile fueling, online ordering, and daily offers to save you money on the road. See You Out Here™
This is probably the best truck stop around. Most of these truck stops have decent amenities but there employees are rude, and seem to suffer from some weird power trip syndrome. Pilot is the only one with the amenities and respectful staff.

I'm writing this review specifically based off of my interaction with the manager that was on duty on the night of 3/28/26, named Chelle. I arrived at this location after having booked a prime parking spot well in advance earlier that day as I knew the lot would be full by the time I arrived at roughly 10 p.m.. Upon arrival, as per usual, all of the prime spots had trucks occupying them. So, I went in to speak to staff to have someone who didn't pay moved. I approached the counter and Chelle asked what she could do for me. I told her the situation and she initially proceeded to give me the run around like she didn't understand what I was saying. I told her I had a prime spot that I had booked but all the spots were currently occupied. She looked away and replied sheepishly saying "Yes they're all booked".... to which I replied "Yes I know, I am one of the individuals who booked one of them" and she said "Yes but they're all full".
I said: "Yeah. Which means someone needs to be moved so I can park". She stared at me for a moment with a nervous grin on her face before asking me what my name was. I told her and she looked it up. "Oh, yeah....I see your name right here.......Well I can give you a refund" to which I replied
"I don't want a refund. I want to park. I am out of hours".
"Well I can just give you a refund and you can go next door to Vernells and park over there. They always have parking AND they're cheaper" She said, still grinning, clearly hoping to brush me off.
"No. I already went through the hassle of booking a spot here, I'm tired and I'm ready to shut down. Most other pilots I go to would just go out and make someone move real quick and the situation would be done and handled in the time it has taken us to have this conversation." I replied.
"Well I would have to wait for someone to come up here to go out there with me to move someone." She said
"Okay well call your manager or whatever you gotta do". I replied
"Well the manager would be me and we aren't supposed to make people move. People have pulled guns".
"Well I guess this kind of defeats the purpose of having reserve spots if you're not honoring them, huh?" I asked
"Yup" She chirped, her face turning red, still wearing the same nervous grin.
After a long pause she just looked down, poked at the keyboard and said "There your money is refunded. Now you can go figure it out".
Curse words and insults boiled inside me, ready to slide off the tip of my tongue. Instead I said "alright" and walked next door to get a spot for "cheaper" as she said. Cheaper maybe but I wasted about an hour of the little shred of time I was going to get with my girlfriend who was outside waiting for me in the car who came from an hr away to meet me after working from 3 a.m. that morning to 5 p.m at the hospital.
So I guess that means from this point forward I can just start parking in prime spots all across the country other people paid for and they'll just tell other drivers when they come in to go "figure it out" after they've driven a long day, they're ready for a shower and they have their significant other waiting for them in a car at 10:30 p.m. at night after having worked all day themselves starting at 3 a.m. hoping to spend a just a handful of precious hours with their driver before they have to get up and leave out again for several weeks without seeing one another. That's cool.
Listen, Chelle, if you're too afraid to do your job then it sounds to me like this location needs a new manager.

We used the EVGo fast EV charging stations here and were happy to find a garbage can and a windshield washing squeegee at the charger. (Many charging stations do not have these “amenities “). Bathrooms were clean and service was friendly.
