Buddy gave me a ride here at 8:20a, and they called me at 8:30a to tell me they no longer have a car for me to rent. Place is a joke. - JTjonathan taylorDec 5, 20255.0They try to make us pay for damage that we didn’t do to the vehicle. Luckily, I took pictures prior to taking it from the rental car place. I would suggest to be careful when renting a car make sure they’re doing the walk-through with you and they’re documenting all the dings and scrapes and damage done to a vehicle before you get it and if they don’t, don’t leave the parking lot until you take a full video or pictures of a vehicle because they will charge your insurance company. Luckily we had pictures so we didn’t get charged, but we had to fight it. The enterprise and Marion was very good and helpful but the enterprise in California and Palm Springs near the airport was poor a train Manager did not do a job properly.

Waited over 2 hours to find out they wouldn't rent me a car because of different last names on ID and CC. After I was told by enterprise employee who made the reservation that I could use a CC or debit card witg matching names. Collin did arrange for a ride to and from the location. That's how he earned 3 🌟 s. But recommend I go to HERTZ which has the same policy. Lame. All of these workers need more training and to stop over booking!! Period. I challenge a response 💎
