  Had rented a 2025 Hyundai Tucson to travel to Oklahoma this was rented in Moline Illinois. We had a massive tire blowout by Carthage Illinois on route 336. Called the roadside people and they sent somebody out and also told us that there was a car waiting for us at the Macomb Illinois location. After roadside changed the tire, we limped back to Macomb still putting us an hour and a half from home for 4 hours from our first night stay in Springfield Missouri. Upon arrival I was told by the Enterprise employee that it was too bad they didn't have any cars to rent anybody they were already spoken for. And I was told to take the tire across the street to their tire guy and have it fixed. This is not my job as the renter this is enterprises job. The guy refused to give us a car even though I had been guaranteed a rental by roadside replacement. After several phone calls to upper management of enterprise the guy had quote on quote a change of heart and new we had to get home and we would take the hit from somebody who had already rented a Nissan versa. He didn't have a change of heart he was told by somebody far superior to him in the Enterprise organization to rent us a car. This clown actually expected me to drive an additional 90 plus miles on a donut tire that had 50 miles on it already. Do not even think about renting from Enterprise in Macomb. As far as the canned response from the "owner" below. No I will not contact you or fill out your stupid form. I will be contacting corperate Enterprise directly about you Macomb shop this morning. And mentioning how rude, inconsiderate, and just plain lazy your employee was.

  Booked a vehicle with this enterprise location. The location called me day of and confirmed my vehicle. Upon arriving the informed me they did not have any vehicles for me. They did not call me prior to inform me. Unfortunately, was left stranded with no rides, and no other rental companies in the area besides over an hour away. Do not rent through this company.

  Small, plan on waiting a bit on Monday mornings, but they have always been able to accommodate all my rental needs for business travel.

  Both times I’ve rented from here, I showed up to pick up a car I had scheduled weeks in advance, only to be told they didn’t have one available. If there’s no availability, why not say that weeks ago instead of letting customers show up expecting a reservation to be honored? This kind of poor planning can easily ruin someone’s trip. Go anywhere else. The 1.7 stars on Yelp should have been my warning — I should have listened to the reviews. - Now I’m suppose to reach out AGAIN about this complain since the first regional manger didn’t reach out the first time….
