    We used the Enterprise location in Macomb, IL. Reservations, pick up, and drop off were all flawless. We had no issues with the car, and our Customer Service person, Mariah, was knowledgeable, professional, and very helpful. Would definitely use this location again!

    Need to improve their online reservation system, 2nd time I have booked a reservation and then get called close to the appointment time to be informed the vehicle is not available. I have had multiple great experiences with this branch but the inconvenience this causes in scheduling, drives me looking for a better option, unfortunately in our area there are not many. I tried calling both the Macomb and Galesburg branch prior to online scheduling and waited 10 mins with no answer. Finally gave up and just tried booking on line.

    Never has any vehicles available when you need them!!!! what is the point of having a Rent-A-Car service when you can’t get them when you need them usually people that need a Rent-A-Car are getting them because they’re in a type of emergency or traveling or car repairs and all types of cases I’ve never been able to get them Unless I book weeks out, which is total bullshit because how can you predict an emergency or when your car is gonna break down or if you get a wreck and your car’s gonna be in the shop!!!! ? Do better enterprise! Maybe if you know, the area is a high volume and demanding you should bring in more vehicles!
