I called several other companies to check if they could tell me why my check engine light went on. They said nope. Then I tryed autozone. Professional. Friendly. To the point. Unbelievable. I decided to go down and see if I could figure things out. A rep named Tim came out and hooked up a machine. Went back in the store and linked up to a computer. Within minutes I was told the exact parts. There was no guarantee but this was the highest probability. Without knowing a manager named Lauri started to further help. I am still in shock how amazing this staff is and the structure of the company. We hear so many times how all these companies care and are here to help and it rarely comes true. This is not a company that said one word about helping and caring. What they did was got to work immediately on making my day easier and wow they make things simple. If your check engine light goes on do yourself a favor and go to this amazing business. As I was walking in I seen all these signs in the window of all the other services they offer it’s mind blowing. Finally I have to say much of the time I use Amazon because their prices beat most everyone. I was getting an additive from them for $30. While I was here I thought I could check. Here it was $20 ! Unbelievable. They need 7 stars for this brilliant company.
