I went to different valvoline location this time because of convenience and as they are working on my vehicle all I hear is "where did you take your car for your last oil change?" And I told them the valvoline on North 2nd (this location). They informed me that they didn't properly tighten up the drain plug. So now I'm realizing why I have oil spots in my garage floor. I recommend the valvoline next to Costco in Loves Park because they were much more professional and took the time to make sure my car was properly taken care of.
