- TMTimothy MillerJan 19, 20261.0OK it's lengthy had transmission repaired by a mechanic shop that does business with these guys. Fine rebuilt it less than a year later transmission goes out same mechanic had truck towed over bc voided 2 yr warranty saying lines were rusted but I had new lines installed Sept of24 they said nut at radiator leaked OK coupling leaked OK transmission was down 2 quarts maybe little more not gonna burn up transmission that low amounts to they don't stand beh8nd there work . Tried charging over 2000 to rebuild mechanic shop ate it God bless them . So moral to story is don't use this shop if u want someone that stands behind there work.

I'm positive I was told on the phone that you don't work on traction control issues(which 100% was not my complaint, just a symptom, I complained that my transmission shifted hard and the trac off and vsc off light was illuminated on my dash). I'm sure I was not told to bring my vehicle in because you are a transmission shop and you do not deal with traction control issues. I know that I called to make an appointment and was turned away in this manor. Absolutely awful! Do not take your vehicle here. They don't understand how a transmission solenoid problem can cause your vsc and trac off lights to come on in a Toyota truck. This business is a joke.
