  I will never use Tuffy again. Untrustworthy service. The mechanic that worked on my car admitted he couldn't fix it. The returned it after 3 months still not fixed even though I is told it was. It was a couple of things wrong. They charged me for full repairs. I asked for a refund for the parts there were not fixed. They said bring it back. After having the vehicle for 3 months and not being able to fix it, why would a bring it back. I took it to another shop and they repaired it. I now have a 2nd vehicle that Tuffy repaired in the shop with the same issues they charged me for in 2025. I've paid Tuffy thousands of dollars for 2 different cars. I'm out thousands because they told me things were fixed when they actually were not

  What a great place to find that is honest and fair to work on our cars and trucks. They do a complete inspection with your oil change and give you a report on what is good and what might need to be repaired now and in the future. They give you an accurate estimate and the work gets done correctly. I sent a friend and they even had a credit program to get his car fixed. A great local family owned shop with top mechanics and a huge investment in tools and computers. If you’re looking to buy a used car they have a $50 deal to inspect it before you buy it so you can negotiate the right price buying it. It’s just really nice finding a good place to do business!

  Very professional very kind people hospitality is remarkable im cross country expedite driver an these people went above an beyond to take care of me an my vehicle i highly recommend these down home people..

  I am a repeat customer at this Tuffy because the staff has always been so kind, helpful, & trustworthy. I have gotten services ranging from oil changes to major repairs. They keep you informed of any issues and costs. I've never had an issue with a completed service. I will return & I do recommend them. If time is a concern I suggest calling ahead. They typically have been able to say a time frame & they have options for waiting, dropping off, or appointments. Definitely appreciate having a place I trust to take my vehicle!
