- JHJonathon Hartmann5 days ago1.0I was at this location recently for a routine car wash when, out of nowhere, a ladder that had been placed too close to one of the brushes was thrown into the side of my car. After exiting the wash, I went inside and spoke with Julian, who took photos and began what looked like the claim process. He told me to give it about a week and that someone would follow up. He also provided me with the contact information for Will, the store manager. I emailed Will that same day. After hearing nothing for several days, I emailed him again. Only then did he respond, telling me someone else should have contacted me and to check my spam folder. I did check my spam folder and there was nothing from anyone at Tommy’s Express Car Wash. I waited a few more days and emailed him again, and since then I’ve received no reply at all. Despite multiple attempts to get this resolved, I’ve been ignored. The damage isn’t that significant to my surprise only a couple dents but they should make this right. This has been extremely frustrating and unprofessional. I would absolutely not recommend this car wash. If I could give it 0 stars, I would.
