Found out when we got to the second state with tolls. They apologized and said they would make it right, which I thought they did. Now 2 months later I STILL have toll charges coming out, which is way over the cost of the toll pass rental. I have tried to contact them and ask how money they said they would take care of is still coming out. And they just keep saying they will call back and never do.

From the moment they picked me up till the time that I dropped the rental car off was a very customer friendly experience. I was even able to extend the rental two extra times due to my vehicle was still being worked on. Definitely have been singing your praises!
- NBNicole BoyleOct 12, 20252.0I went to rent a vehicle from this location and hr within closing, so I get the rush, but barely a greeting, no smile. Just a worn out look with pressed chapped lips. She scanned my ID and then she tried to test by asking where I lived. In 28 yrs I've never had a company ask me to recite my home address. I just looked at her, and she then asked if I knew where I lived! I did, of course, but I def felt insulted. It was a cross between a sobriety test and what you'd do to a 4yr old when teaching them to recite their address. Policy or not, I will never rent from this location. Whoever Ms.Chapped lips was, she would benefit from having better customer service skills. What was wrong with explaining politely why you ask that instead of just saying, "well, if you don't know where you live then I can't rent you a vehicle" and making me feel like there's a trust issue due to who knows what...my race, or how I'm dressed, (which was workout attire), what I look like, I have no idea, but that's not the way to go about that.
