I spoke with Lisa on the phone who took my VIN, insurance, policy number, etc. Lisa then called my insurance and got the information on if there would be a deductible or complete coverage on my cracked windshield. My personal policy covered a replacement windshield and calibration of the sensors (pedestrians, high beams, rain sensor). We scheduled an appointment 1 week later, and two service people came at different times. Crew (Rob and Bob) was on time and quick and handled everything very smoothly! I appreciated being explained the insurance claim process, the windshield (Pilkington versus STOCK OEM), and the very smooth install. Was painless and great! The Pilkington windshield looks identical to my Toyota OEM windshield that cracked for my 2019 Rav4 Gen 5 and has all the features the previous one did. Thanks! I will go again to your shop if I ever get another cracked windshield.
