  The last several times I have went to get my car washed there the attendants have not been putting the plastic bag over the rear windshield wiper. As a result of that the plastic cap has gotten pulled off twice. They cost about seven dollars to replace at AutoZone. I don’t understand why they stopped applying the plastic bags. I used to love this car wash and I’m not liking it so much anymore.

  Every time you stop here you'll have to go through the wash twice and if you don't have a membership, you will be harassed about getting one they're all about you getting a membership until you ask them to pay for it. Let people get their car wash and get on with their day. Nobody wants to be harassed at a car wash.

  Damaged parts of my moms 2025 Toyota rav 4, I am currently in the process of getting recovery lawyers involved and insurance to step in, denied claim damaged to our car, always asking us for false reviews at the window, will take to small claims court if I need to.

  Second time coming here. I had received a postcard on my car as a flyer. It only gave me one week to use both washes. I used one just before the expiration and I asked the guy these have such short dates and they told me it's no problem You can still use it after the expiration by a couple of weeks. I came today with the expired one and the guy said it was too late and I explained to him that what I was told and he said nope too late. So I told him just let me through without the wash and he didn't even seem to care or try to give me any kind of alternative. Not to mention there was a line and the car wash was stalling for other people so I was waiting almost 15 minutes and wasted my time... I had been considering doing a monthly membership after using the second one but with this bad customer experience I will not come here again.

  I have had great experience up until this point. This afternoon after washing my car I had a doormat sticking out of my car. I stopped outside of any of the parking spots AND LITERALLY 7 SECONDS later this guy with long hair walked up to me in a confrontational manner telling “there are plenty of spots and I “can’t park my car there” and that there “are plenty of parking spaces available.” It was the tone that this employee took with me (a customer) for something so minor that is making me reconsider my monthly membership! Don’t assume your customers have ill intent! I had a mild safety issue that I was addressing and 30 seconds to resolve it would not have harmed your parking situation!
