The staff were extremely rude and even used abusive language when I tried to return an item that was clearly eligible for return. Instead of helping or explaining the policy properly, they spoke disrespectfully and made the situation very uncomfortable, and even thr guy trying hit me but the lady stopped him. I’ve always trusted AutoZone for car parts and service, but this experience was completely unacceptable. I hope management addresses this issue and provides better training on customer service and professionalism.
