I had a windshield wiper emergency today, didn’t realize how much different it is getting wipers for a Volkswagen!
Thankfully I was able to go into the store and have Sarah help me! Not only did she install the wipers (with a lot of hard work) for me, but was kind and patient the entire time!
No wonder she’s the manager over there
Would recommend this location if you need people to go above and beyond to help you

I had an excellent experience at this store thanks to Bianca and Sarah. They were both incredibly helpful, professional, and great at communicating throughout the entire process.
They took the time to carefully test my battery and clearly explained the results so I understood exactly what was going on. Based on the diagnostics, they recommended replacing the battery and walked me through the options without any pressure.
Once I decided on the replacement, Bianca handled the installation quickly and efficiently. Everything was installed perfectly and the whole process was smooth from start to finish. I really appreciated how organized and confident they both were while working.
What stood out the most was their professionalism and positive attitude. They made the entire experience easy and stress-free, and it’s clear they take pride in helping customers.
I was genuinely impressed by their work and demeanor, and I’ll definitely continue visiting this location for any future diagnostics or parts I need. Great customer service all around!

Bianca, the girl who changed my battery, installed it incorrectly and it was sparking. The piece that holds the battery down was touching another metal part in my car, which caused it to spark.
When I realized the problem, I came back to the store. Sarah immediately suggested that maybe I didn’t even come to this location and kept asking if I was sure they were the ones who installed it. I was 100% sure.
Not only did she say she couldn’t fix it, she actually suggested I drive without the piece that holds the battery down. That’s extremely unsafe advice.
Eventually I was able to pull up my account and the transaction, and sure enough it showed Bianca was the one who installed it.
This store sucks. The workers are rude and honestly I wouldn’t trust them to install a battery or do much of anything.
Luckily I went to another store and they were super helpful. Please go to the AutoZone in Wheaton instead. They don’t have an attitude and they actually take accountability, unlike this location.

Go to the Wheaton location if you'd like the best customer service experience, it's less than 10 minutes down the road. They fixed my issue in 10 minutes.
This location installed our battery incorrectly and we were having issues. They were very rude to my wife and were not offering any kind of solutions. We spent an hour just trying to prove we did the install at this location - only for one of them to realize that they weren't viewing their system correctly ("Oh, I should have just double clicked this...Ooops").
Only visit this location if you'll be in and out - quick purchases. Seeking technical information and install support? Go to Wheaton.

James was very polite and helpful. Took me only a couple mins to get in, buy what I needed and replaced. Very quick service!
