  I had my car for 4 years and never had no problem! Took it in on 3/21/2026 for a oil change and later on that night I noticed smoked was coming from the bottom of my car and I had a major oil leak.. the next morning I took it back in on a Sunday because my whole drive way had oil all over it! The staff performed another oil change and insisted that the problem would be fixed and I drove off and it was still Leaking oil and I bring it back to the Valvoline and Martell had a very bad attitude and insisted that I take it back to a mechanic shop to get it diagnosed! I took my car back to valvoline Lockport that Monday morning 3/23/2026 and Jonathon call the regional man’s and the regional manager instructed him to go to the auto part start to buy a different filter and he did not do that!! Jonathan originally told me that if he change it and it still leaking they would they it over to Mike More Miles and get it diagnosed and pay for it to get fixed and if it’s over $100 they can’t take it out the register they would write a check to Mike more miles! But instead he did follow the instructions of his manager he began to act like a mechanic and try to diagnose and say I need an oil pan gasket!! My car had no oil leak problems until I took it in and got a oil change💯 Something Need to be done and accountability needs to be in place for my mystery oil leak on my car..

  I always come here to get my oil changed since I moved to Lockport a couple years ago. Each time has been wonderful and everyone here is very knowledgeable and very nice when it comes to explaining services/products. I would highly recommend coming here if you’re in need of an oil change or any service!! Plus they usually have coupons which is a bonus!

  Efficient service, though we had problems with the hood latch after and i had to spend an additional 20.00 at NAPA buy White Lithium Grease for the mechanism. So I suggest when you work on a car and pop the hood release, you stop at the click, and not pull these things all the way to the full stop on the release tab. Especially after wintertime.
