- KMKen_shot MNov 2, 20253.0On Saturday, November 1st, 2025, I got new tires installed “not at Tuffy” on my Chevy Colorado. I called Tuffy in Lockport, and they were able to get me in for a front-end alignment. I dropped my truck off, and the lady at the front desk was very kind and told me it would take about 1 hour. One hour passed, and they said everything was done and to come pick it up. When I arrived, the kind lady greeted me again, and I paid my bill, then asked if the alignment was off, and she stated just a little bit. I said thank you, and I went home. On my drive home, the car was pulling to the right more than when I brought it to them in the first place. I called Tuffy and asked if the tech test-drove the truck, and she said yes two times, and everything was good. I stated the truck was pulling to the right more than before. She said it is possible and it might be the road I was driving on. She said I could bring it back on Monday if the problem is consistent. In the end, this is my work truck, and I had to have it for Monday morning due to work. I ended up taking it to Firestone today, and they corrected the alignment, and the truck drives straight. Tuffy did their job and would follow through on fixing it, and I respect that. The only downside is I wish it was done right the first time. So I didn't have to go somewhere else before Monday.
