  Great customer service! Todd was very professional and helpful when my husband needed assistance with a tire repair. Very reasonable pricing too! Win...win! Great job! We will be back.

  Great experience getting a wheel alignment here. I had a 9 AM appointment and was back on the road in 40 minutes! The staff was friendly and took care of everything I needed. Fast, professional, and easy. I was Helped by Lou and Todd who made my experience go pretty smooth

  SCAMMERS. They must have not noticed my dashcam. I bought tires elsewhere at a location that did not offer wheel alignments so I decided to bring my vehicle into mavis to have one done. Instead, what was actually done was my car was taken for a test drive PRIOR of being “serviced”. After the test drive, my car sat on a lift for an hour without any actual work being done to it. The final clip from my dashcam has the manager walk in asking “are you done yet?” In which the fat ginger man with a beard replies “I’ve been done, it was done the second I pulled it in”. He then complains about management wanting him to take before and after pictures of alignments when that is standard in every other shop. My car is then pulled out and brought up front, but this time there was no test drive done. There was nothing they needed to check with a test drive afterwards because they didn’t do anything. My car was test driven prior to being “serviced”, sat on a lift for an hour with nothing done to it and then brought back to me without a test drive. Absolutely nothing was done to my car, as they must have decided my alignment was fine from their initial test drive. They still decided to charge me the full price of an alignment rather than give me their advertised “free alignment check” and they did not even tell me that they didn’t do anything. I’m not even positive my alignment was ever properly checked beyond a test drive. Best case scenario, I paid full alignment price for an alignment check. Worst case scenario, I paid for a test drive. I also wasn’t offered the pictures of my before/after. I had to request them. However, I was only given pictures of my “after” because they didn’t want me to see that it would be identical to the before. The best part is, the manager told me he had to take a picture of the results on his phone to show me, because “the printers are down” as he is printing out my invoice from said printer. This place is straight up fraudulent in multiple ways. Absolutely avoid and do not let your friends/family get scammed here either.

  Got in quick and easily enough but the two tires purchased were at 47 and 39 PSI when manufacturer of car states 35. Reckless to be so overinflated and differing from the other tires. Thought it was kind of their job to know this?! Also, no first responder discount. Edited to 1 star after seeing how he threw stuff all around the back of my car when retrieving my wheel lock key. Next time just ask the owner instead of ransacking the place like you had a warrant. Unreal!

  I want in needing a few things done on my car , and gentleman Lou helped me through the process! He was very helpful and kind, communicated well and let me know everything before hand. I really appreciate the service and will definitely come back if I have any other issues with my car that need to be fixed!
