    I was quoted a price of $163 dollars for the front pads over the phone. Drove to the facility, waiting 45 minutes and was told I could use rotors also. No noticable damage when brought back to look. Told the person that was at the counter that I only wanted to replace the pads as quoted. He then told me it would cost $247 for pad replacement. They would not honor the quote they gave me over the phone. Immediately left in disgust! Wasted my time at Mavis!

    I bought a set of tires about a year and a half ago for my husband and was told that they had a lifetime warranty and if anything happened to them, like a stone or nail or anything like that, they would replace them for free. He had a nail stuck in a tire, went to the station and was told that there was no such warranty and had to pay full price. I called several days later to tell them no that was not correct and they said over the phone that they would correct the mistake and issue a refund. When he showed up, they said no there was not gonna be a refund. I am so confused as to what this company is doing. Never buy tires from here.

    Brought my car in with a flat tire. They figured out the issue and completed the repair quickly. Lourie, the employee who assisted me, was exceptional with his service. This is the second time I have had a flat fixed at this location and both times they provided great service.

    Worst experience ever, attending counter person is a old man who just sits on his phone in the corner and when you come in doesn’t even say anything until you come up to ask if he works there. Also forces you to write a review and give a good one, like there’s no option

    will definitely never give my business again very slow service and they had me waiting double the amount of time they told me it would take. i used to really enjoy coming to this place the workers are very nice but they really need more workers or a better system for reservations. if they had been honest with me about the wait i wouldn’t of been okay with waiting that long and i would’ve either taken my business elsewhere or dropped off my car, but to tell me two hours and it take four is truly ridiculous. i also only was spoken to once with an ‘update’ in that four hours and charged over 100 dollars more than the price that was told to me be when i arrived and booked online with no verbal explanation i had to check my receipt to see what they charged me for (lug nuts) when i never asked for them to be replaced or asked if i wanted them replaced i had BRAND new ones in my trunk if they would’ve just asked me. it also shouldn’t be several people coming inside for the same time slot reservation, at least 5 people came in for the same time reservation AND several people walked out because of the wait and my car still took way to long.
