Salesman couldn’t tell me what tires he was selling me other than the model number which he then told me I had to google because their own site doesn’t list model numbers. Ended up trusting him, left my car there and ended up getting a call that “one my tire sensors is offline and it will be $130 or something to fix” It was 100% working when I went in as it was going off for that specific tire when I went in. So they broke it when changing my tires and then tried to get me to pay for it. I’m out a sensor now because I refused because THEY broke it. They also have “price match guarantee” signs in their show room but don’t honor it while you’re there and then I filled out the form 3 times and never heard back from anyone.
