  Staff went above and beyond to help work with my schedule to get my vehicle to me. The staff knows their vehicles and told me it would accommodate 5 people and luggage and it sure did.

  the voice mail said to call back at this BUT did not give a number to call or what times they were open/closed. I was just in a head on collision and i'm still trying to get all my ducks in arow. i have medical appts to get to and im borrowing a car that i need to get back to it's owner. had to finally look this page up on line to find another number. that's also where i found the times and the office was already closed. : ( not happy

  1 star is to much in my opinion!!!! Nothing but the run around. My mother has a disability preventing her to see well enough to drive so I am the one that drives her . She wanted to rent a car to visit family out of state and she wanted to pay for the rental. I have a valid drivers license, but apparently my debit card (which is used the same exact debit card last year to rent from them just fine btw) isn't good enough. Clearly I dont understand as long as they are getting their payment why it matters. Honestly surprised this place stays in business with all their rules and regulations of can't be this has to be this bull. I know I'm just one person but they lost my business. Absolutely ridiculous!!!! One person says this ,another person says something totally different.
