  I recently purchased an outlander phev. Was on Empty and could not get my gas lid open. No shops were open so decided to stop at auto zone to see if they could help. A gentleman named William came right out trying to figure this out. He went through my owners manual which wasn’t the best of help. Yet he was able to figure out to pop this tab inside my car, stick a bar in this lil hole and it popped open. I tried paying him for his service and he refused! I had to give him a shout out because he didn’t have to help me do all that. He saved me and I was able to make it to work. He shown me there are still great people in this world. So thank you again sir if you see this

  Had the exact part I needed price was reasonable. Staff knowledgeable and courteous.

  I didn’t get the guy’s name. Short stocky white guy with brown hair and facial hair. He was an absolute jerk to us, talking to us like we’re stupid. Correcting a term we used and laughing about it. Said it was a new one and he’d add it to his dictionary. 🤷🏻‍♀️ Sorry we don’t work on cars. It was so rude I almost said something in the moment. “That’s cute.” Sarcastically every other sentence. I just don’t think some people should work in customer service. If you don’t like people get a different job. We didn’t say two words to the guy, so I know it wasn’t warranted.

  I was there on about Saturday October 4th about 11:00 a.m. or so and I have never been told by a man that you can't mix two different brand oils and then making a scene out of it there is some really slow people they hire their I think they know what's going on that shit is crazy
