Correcting a term we used and laughing about it. Said it was a new one and he’d add it to his dictionary. 🤷🏻♀️ Sorry we don’t work on cars. It was so rude I almost said something in the moment. “That’s cute.” Sarcastically every other sentence. I just don’t think some people should work in customer service. If you don’t like people get a different job. We didn’t say two words to the guy, so I know it wasn’t warranted.
