After oil change from their, my light came on and I took my vehicle back to them and they lied like the problem existed before I came to them. Contacted customer which is useless, they will side with the business. I will be contacting the BBB, and State Department of Insurance Regulations and any other agency to report them. Because the manager their is incompetent and does not care about customer service.

I waited for about an hour to get service to find out that they didn't and they don't have tire rotation available. The staff is very kind, but it was a long time to wait just to not be able to have the services I need. I am typically a Valvoline customer I would try to go back if I only needed an oil change.

There were several cars in line when I arrived, and several more pulled up as I was waiting. I was told there would be a 35 min wait time (which is fine, thankfully my lunch is an hour!). I was asked to switch spots with another car for faster service, since I had pulled up about 15 min earlier. .... Yet the other car was seen ~10 min before me, and finished up before I had even popped my hood. Super frustrating, since I was on a bit of a time crunch and was specifically asked to switch bays to be seen sooner. I think maybe they confused our cars? Other observations ... I watched one of the techs accidentally drop something into the lower level and shout "did I hit you???" And as another car pulled in, one of the techs audibly yelled "What is wrong with him?" because the driver wasn't pulling forward quickly enough. It was an old man behind the wheel. Yikes! Ultimately my oil was changed, but not a great experience! Took about 45-50 minutes from pulling up (12:35) to rolling out (1:20-1:25), and I had to ask them not to check my filters or tires due to time.
