I’m not happy about the 3% service charge added to my bill for using a credit card. I don’t have $1500 in cash to pay a bill. I got a lame excuse from the cashier for the fee.

Rushed there after work and arrived at 6:20 for services to pick up my car, which states closes at 7, just to be told they close at 6, while a couple service guys were out back. Would be nice if they update online since it is hard getting out here after work.

I went in for an oil change service for my new Nissan Rogue purchased at this location. The staff were very friendly, welcoming and helpful as it was my first time going in to service my car. I felt like I didn’t wait much my car was ready for me in less than 40 minutes. I’m very happy to have purchased my vehicle at Journey Nissan.
I went in for an oil change on 01/30/26. My service advisor was Victoria and she immediately recommended a wheel alignment due to a new technology they have that can screen your alignment as you pull in. I agreed but she also recommended an air filter replacement, i had to remind her it was just recently replaced by them last time i got an oil change. So she double checked in the system and agreed that it was done by them and in fact didn't need to be changed. Thats was a red flag. I proceeded with the oil change and drove home. The next morning i checked my oil and the dipstick was COMPLETELY DRY. Mind you, my commute back home was 45 miles. I immediately called them and let them know my dipstick was dry. She told me she’d get on contact with her manager and give me a call back because “this never happened before”. I got a call back and she explained they were going to send their mobile tech crew out. They did come out and do the oil change but i explained to them i didn't feel comfortable driving mu truck without any internal damage. They called the manager and coordinated a pick up of mu truck and get it back to their shop just to look over it and make sure its no problems. Monday came, they picked it up, took it to the shop and done an inspection.
I felt so uncomfortable driving my truck knowing i drove it way back from their shop with no oil when the tech clearly drained the oil out and failed to refill the oil. It forced my hand and had to sell my truck. I highly do NOT recommend this service center. If i could, I’d a negative 5 stars. How could you do an oil change and CLEARLY forget to check the oil and oil level??
