Brought my car in for a recall. Gave me a loaner but it smelled like someone just sprayed perfume to cover a pet smell. The service was performed quickly and then they tried to get me to do all of these services which were already done somewhere else. Went to pick it up and they couldn’t find my key… If you get your car serviced there, just know that they will charge you an extra 3% if you use your credit card!
To say this dealership treated me well is an understatement! They treat you like family!! They got me the best interest rate, made sure I found the exact car I love and wrapped my car in courage I can count on. We will return to this dealership!! They truly are the best. They took their time, answered all of my questions and gave me a great deal on a shiny, perfect new suv!! Thanks guys(& James/sales guy), you rock!!

Paid for an oil change and new wipers. Left with a jacked up car and no new wipers. Was gaslit and told that the issue couldn’t possibly be because of them. Had to pay to bring it into another place to get it fixed. Below is the text I got after my car was checked out. Basically confirming what we already knew… it was in fact journey Nissan that broke the tail pipe.

Stay clear of this dealership ⚠️⚠️They call you every day when you first purchase your vehicle we paid cash for our truck and I don't think they were happy because we didn't finance and we didn't get all the extras they were offering, we got No paper work we had to ask for the paperwork and the guy said why do you need it, after him being frustrated for having to give us the copies, He might have been in a bad mood that day I don't know, We dealt with manny and not sure who the guy working with him was but he was so rude maybe they get commission on the extras they sell but he was not happy with us, Then we have been calling because we want a copy of what service they did on the truck before we picked it up, well no one is calling us back ignoring our phone calls it's a terrible business they are running, If they serviced the truck they would have seen the windshield wipers were awful we turned them on the it scratched the windshield, Stay Clear of this place and make sure you finance with them otherwise your service will be terrible. Commenting on your reply we have contacted you numerous times either no call back or you transfer us to another department with no answer.

After a great deal of debate and trepidation we decided it was time to buy my wife a new car. After a fairly extensive internet search we found a strong possibility at Journey Nissan. With no intention of actually purchasing a car for a couple of weeks we were overwhelmed with how perfect the SUV we had found online checked all her boxes. Oscar was very attentive without being pushy and overbearing. After a test drive we decided we wanted to think about it and see about arranging our own financing. The next day we found financing at a reasonable rate and went back to Journey to finalize the deal. At that point Oscar said they may be able to beat our interest rate and we should talk to Isaac. Great decision on.our part to listen. Isaac was incredibly personable and knowledgeable. He was able to lower our rate by over half a point and set up an extended warranty for less than $20 more a month. Isaac made the part of buying a car that my wife and I detest, the interminable time in the finance office, pleasant and actually enjoyable. Overall, Oscar and Isaac definitely have earned our trust and certainly we will return should we need another automobile purchase. Thank you, both of you.
