    Purchased a vehicle here Isaac took care of me real good, came in not knowing what kind of car I wanted and left in a brand new Murano, felt like my needs were met and so were my payment expectations, will come again didn’t feel like another transaction and felt like a person, thank you journey Nissan!     Posting this on behalf of a family member. I'd be wary of buying here. Used car with ~70k miles purchased 12/5/25, and just over 2 weeks later on 12/22/25 dashboard lights up and car is having trouble accelerating. Brought it back and was told it needed $2,000 in repairs. That's a pretty tough pill to swallow after 2 weeks of ownership. They did come down to around $1,500 but still, feels pretty shady to me. Pretty unhappy with the experience.

    Huge shoutout to Ken the Sales Guide and Carlos in Finance at Journey Nissan for helping my sister-in-law and blood brother get into their 2025 Nissan Pathfinder SL in that pearl sparkly white that looks like it has a skincare routine. Ken made the whole process smooth, honest, and actually enjoyable (rare). Carlos in Finance explained everything clearly and didn’t make it feel like a hostage situation. Watching Ken work the numbers like he was battling a final boss was peak entertainment. If you want people who actually go to bat for you, go see Ken and Carlos.
