- CWCarol WennerstromApr 23, 20261.0This was my first time using Jiffy Lube. I gave them a star because they were courteous, respectful, and attentive. It ended there. 1. When I arrive, there were three bays that were occupied. I was the only one in line waiting at one of them. However, there was suddenly a different car in my assigned bay With another customer that just arrived. I could tell it was a regular. They moved my car out of line and put this one ahead of mine. 2. In addition to an oil change, I had them rotate my tires. I was there for two hours! 3. When finished I had to tell them to reset my oil gauge. They hadn’t done that! It is Jiffy Lube after all! 4. When they finished with my car, my glove box was open, and a lot of the contents of it were strewn over the floor in front of the passenger seat. They had to get in there to replace the filter?? Pretty sloppy stuff! 5. They informed me that my battery was a little low I did not know how old the battery was. They recommended that I run it and let it recharge. Five days later I was stranded with a car that wouldn’t start. The technician who rescued me from another company told me the battery was completely bad! Why wasn’t I informed of this specifically during my time there and recommended a battery replacement?! Based on the above, no. I would not recommend this Jiffy Lube location.
