But I stopped at this location in Chicago, because I realized my car was almost overdue. Can't speak much to other Jiffy Lube locations, but this spot was great. It was busy, but they got my car taken care of pretty quickly. They weren't pushy, but did tell me what to watch. The guy at the counter was wicked friendly, too.

From a customers point of view, all of employees were working in a way that seemed methodical and that conveyed confidence in how things were running. The lobby began emptying out in what I can only assume a first come, first served basis. I am a female and more importantly when I declined the add on services they usually tell you, I did NOT feel judged or stupid for asking questions. I definitely will be going back. It was a great experience!
