Because it was a quick fix, the gentleman told me the ‘service was free’ and to feel free and recommend them-so here we are! Great folks for quick services! Hopefully next time I will be there for regular circumstances! 🤣

They looked over my engine filters, cabin air filters, brake fluids, battery, tires, and everything. - LBLewis Ball6 days ago5.0How should I start this review for a company that totally went above and beyond their jobs when they checked my vehicle for a full windshield reservoir after I thought they had missed it but actually I hadn’t pumped the switch enough times which I did later and it worked but my main purpose for this review is to shout from the heavens that this establishment helped me by providing a video I needed to show the condition of my vehicle coming into their fine establishment which will be my go to place for my vehicle needs 👍😁 thank you Hector and all the fine folks who work there 🤙😁

I pulled into Jiffy Lube and they told me I had a flat tire. It was the day before Christmas Eve. They immediately went and got me a new tire and put it on for me within an hour. The team was so kind and this trip prevented me from getting towed and losing my car during the holidays! Thank you Jiffy Lube team!
- JPJenna PalumboDec 13, 20251.0I was very unhappy with the service I received. I brought my car in for a basic oil change and asked them to check my coolant level. My oil change alone took 2 hours (there was no other issue causing a delay). As for my coolant level, I was told that it was completely full. My concern with the coolant was that the heat in my car was not working, I could not check it myself as I do not have the proper tools. They recommended a radiator flush, which I declined as I felt that was not the issue. One week later, I brought my car to an actual mechanic. My oil had been leaking, an issue that was not present before, and my coolant was completely EMPTY. The receipt said that my coolant levels were OK, which leads me to wonder what else they lied about checking. After spending $100 on an oil change that was messed up, I had to spend $200 to fix what damage was done. I do not recommend this location whatsoever.
