- RKR KJul 19, 20251.0I don't know why I thought they were good just because they were big...... If I would have taken the time to read the reviews or look at their BBB record I for sure would not have joined. I was a member for about a month and couldn't even get looked onto their site and use anything. I simply wanted to cancel my membership and receive a refund. No dice.....even the CEO who puts up a "if your not happy, I'm not happy" thing on their site which is a complete joke. TRULY DISAPPOINTING!
- RCR CFeb 18, 20231.0I bought Good Sam insurance and Roadside protection, vacation/rv protection. I also dealt with their designated repair facilities. They did not honor 1 single policy I pay for. It has been over 20 months of a total loss of rv. My experience has been degrading ontop of being taken advantage off. Buyer beware . BBB has literally hundreds and thousands of issues in multiple departments
