  I wanted to share my experience with Good Sam, and honestly, I feel it’s a complete waste of money. If you check out their online reviews across multiple sources, you’ll see they’re consistently poor. The so-called “discounts” they offer? You can find the same or similar deals elsewhere without paying for Good Sam. As for roadside assistance, be prepared for long waits while they try to find and negotiate with low-cost tow companies. For example, if you’re stranded on the PA Turnpike where only the PATP-authorized tow provider can help, Good Sam still makes you call them first—and then you wait while they figure out there’s only one option. Meanwhile, you’re stuck feeling every shake and rumble from 18-wheelers zooming by at 70+ MPH, with little regard for your safety. Overall, I wouldn’t recommend Good Sam. Save your money and look for better alternatives! I will give Props to Magills Towing who arrived quickly to get my wife, myself, our dog, camper & vehicle out of harms way promptly. A tow that Good Sam denied.

  I don't know why I thought they were good just because they were big...... If I would have taken the time to read the reviews or look at their BBB record I for sure would not have joined. I was a member for about a month and couldn't even get looked onto their site and use anything. I simply wanted to cancel my membership and receive a refund. No dice.....even the CEO who puts up a "if your not happy, I'm not happy" thing on their site which is a complete joke. TRULY DISAPPOINTING!

  I bought Good Sam insurance and Roadside protection, vacation/rv protection. I also dealt with their designated repair facilities. They did not honor 1 single policy I pay for. It has been over 20 months of a total loss of rv. My experience has been degrading ontop of being taken advantage off. Buyer beware . BBB has literally hundreds and thousands of issues in multiple departments
