  My son and I were looking for a car for him. We had the pleasure of meeting Ed S. who was absolutely fantastic. We ended up going with a different car strictly due to budget. It was a hard decision because Ed had been so helpful and friendly. A master of his craft.

  After searching all over Springfield for a few weeks to find the car we were looking for at a price that was reasonable, we ended up in Lincoln IL. We showed up at 3:40p not knowing they closed at 4p. Elijah came out and showed us everything we wanted to see, test drove what we wanted, and was willing to drive more cars with us until we realized they close at 4p. On Monday, we texted him the car we were interested in. We were able to get to the price we felt was a good deal for us and for them. When we showed up later that week, everything was ready for us and it only took us about 30 minutes to sign everything and drive off the lot. It was so easy! If you're looking for a car, start at Jim Xamis. It's worth the short drive.

Todd Engel my salesperson was truly wonderful to work with. He is incredibly kind, compassionate and patient and he made the entire process feel easy and stress free. Todd took the time to understand exactly what I was looking for, explained everything thoroughly and made sure I felt comfortable and confident every step of the way. Matthew the manager was equally impressive. His honesty, empathy and professionalism truly set him apart. It is refreshing to work with a manger that is so transparent and genuinely cares about creating a positive customer experience. I also want to highlight how kind and patient the finance person was. The financing process was explained clearly, without pressure and with great care and understanding. Their calm, respectful approach made what can often be a stressful part of buying a car feel smooth and reassuring. The Lincoln Nautilas itself is an exceptional vehicle - luxurious, comfortable and a joy to drive. The experience at Jim Xamis matched the quality of the car.   Jim Xamis made the buying process so smooth and painless. Ellen was amazing and I won’t be doing business with anyone else. It’s impossible these days to find a dealer that still practices courtesy towards their customers. Worth the drive to get away from the big city dealers.
