He has always been affordable, frequently working around my strained budget to get me back on the road. Anytime he’s needed the car overnight, he has provided a loaner. He’s extremely knowledgeable and just a nice person. I’d feel comfortable recommending Rouse’s to anyone. Edit: Another 5-star experience! The owner even sent me a follow-up with the paperwork needed to qualify for a rebate on parts. That kind of above & beyond service is why I trust Rouse’s and you can, too!

They reattached my heat shield and provided excellent customer service. It was the first time I’ve used this shop and Jim and his team were wonderful.
