Unfortunately, the form was filled out again in an unclear way, and Uber is not accepting it. Because of this, I will need to complete the inspection at a different location. Once the issue with Uber is fully resolved, I will be able to leave a review. Thank you for your understanding.

- GKGrace KraftDec 30, 20251.0I usually go to this location for oil changes and always get upselled/encouraged to pay additional services that I do not ask for, which I don’t view as a big deal and just brush off. I have been told many times that my brakes are “unsafe to drive with”, even after I had just spent hundreds of dollars on new brakes from a different mechanic days prior (and they work perfectly fine). However, when getting my oil changed today, I was rudely berated about the engine of my 10 year old vehicle. I have another mechanic who I go to for bigger automotive issues and have been told of no serious issues with my car. Two Jiffy Lube employees incessantly commented on the quality of my vehicle and told me I need to “cut ties” with my car and begin looking for a new one. As I said, my car is old, but have had many other mechanics evaluate it and say it is in good condition and perfectly safe to drive, with minimal issues. I was also lectured about the hood of my car not opening, even though I have never had issues opening it. For context, we have had two straight days of below freezing weather and my car sits in a driveway outside at all times. The attitude I was met with after paying for the oil change was incredibly unprofessional and rude. I felt belittled as the primary care taker of my own vehicle and will not be going back to this location, or any Jiffy Lube.
