- MDMichelle DDec 20, 20252.0Was rear ended, right before the holidays, so perfect timing. I was happy to hear my insurance company did direct billing at a local Enterprise. I called the number and made a reservation for a compact SUV given both my insurance coverage and my needs around the holidays. Dropped my car off at the collision place, and they were kind enough to call Enterprise to let them know I was there. They waited on the phone for a good 45 minutes with no response. So the guy offered to ride over to Enterprise with me because he was worried they might not have a car for me, and I would need to take my car home. I walked in to several people waiting and a single person working the desk. To Gabby's credit, she provided her personal cell phone number to the collision place as they had other appointments that day and was worried he would not be able to contact them. When it was our time to be helped, was the only thing they had was a sedan. Desperate with no other options, I reluctantly took the car. Several people behind me ran into the same situation. I think one couple ended up leaving and making alternative arrangements. Another lady was tearfully on the phone making alternative arrangements when her Malibu she thought she reserved was not available and they couldn't help her. I know rentals are subject to availability, but it seems like this place was understaffed and didn't have any inventory. Definitely seemed like a disconnect between their systems and the local store. Pretty sure the car I got was one a lady had just returned. It was still wet from the car wash. So glad I got something, but felt badly for the other folks. Given this, I would not personally use them in the future.

I was in a crash that had ruined my month and he truly was the biggest blessing throughout this whole entire experience!!! I cannot thank him and this Enterprise enough. I saw him treat not only me so well, but every person that walked in. What a great employee and so good at what he does!
