  We were in a jam, we had to book last minute and Shane and Austin could not have been more helpful! We absolutely love Shane's professionalism and he has a great bedside manner! Thank him for us again!!!

  Received a Ford Edge AWD from this location in January of 2026. Only a cursory pre-check of the salty exterior of the vehicle was completed by the desk agent. Before I left the lot, I found black steaks - likely cigarette marks - on the inside ceiling and the vehicle had a cigarette odor. Notified the desk agent and he said he would make not of it. I took the car through a car wash thinking it just needed a quick wash only to discover that the window was also dirty on the inside. When I got the car home, we cleaned the windows and sprayed air freshener. The next morning, during my commute to work, the brake warning light came on just as I got onto the highway; slowed to pull over when the light out. No further issue with the brake, but the passenger tire pressure did not increase as did the others; the TPS warning went off. Fortunately, I had means to inflate the tire. The ride home from work was during a snow storm only to find out that the washer fluid pump wouldn’t work. The following morning, the oil service due warning light came on, and further noted that the oil change sticker indicated the vehicle was overdue for an oil change. When we took the vehicle back to the Enterprise office, we waited for the agent assist another party. While waiting, I asked another agent what they do to get cars ready after they are returned for the next lease. He stated that he “cleans them, checks the fluids, tires and makes sure they’re okay to run”. When I explained my issues to the agent, she said that they sometimes don’t change the window stickers or reset the oil system. And, the washer fluid wasn’t working because it was likely frozen …. like a lot of their cars do. BLUF … we won’t be renting any cars from this company location again unless they make improvements in their services.

  I rented from the Libertyville location and Gabby was wonderful! Patient, knowledgeable and thorough. She makes the rental experience smooth and worry free. I would highly recommend the Libertyville location.
