  The location was understaffed and had a limited selection of vehicles. We wanted an SUV but had to settle for a sedan. Our rental appeared to be a recent return - it was quickly rinsed off but not properly cleaned and had a slight odor of weed that lingered throughout the rental. I was in a hurry, so I didn’t ask for it to be cleaned again. Despite these issues, the single sales associate on duty turned what could have been a poor experience into an acceptable one. He was friendly, professional, and handled multiple customers needs and complaints with patience and efficiency. His effort was the bright spot in an otherwise average experience.

  Went in to rent a car, only one vehicle available. Intital checkout process went fine, but about 10 minutes after leaving the lot, the tire light came on. We called the office and told them we could air it back up but we wanted it documented that it was rented to us in this condition. Over the next two days we had to put air in the tire 5 different times. We came out from the hotel on the third day to find the tire completely flat. We call enterprise and they connect us with their road side assistance call center and explained the situation. The extremely rude agent said we would be held responsible for any an all fees associated with the technician that was coming out. We said we are not responsible for this and will not be paying any fees. She argues back and forth with us, and we eventually say fine, then just come pick the vehicle up, we are done with this rental. Again she said we will pay any and all fees. We ask for a supervisor and of course, she has no manager or supervisor. We say fine, send the technician to put on the spare, we will then go and return the car. She then tells us now we have to wait 90 minutes with the vehicle until the technician arrives because they "need access to the vehicle". We say we have plans and reservations for the day, we are not sitting here all day waiting for them to fix their mistake. She said that's the policy. We will be returning the car ASAP and disputing any fees they try to tack on. We won't be using enterprise again.
