The store was quite busy, so I offered to let the clerk, Andy, help another customer and Alex (from Car Fix Libertyville) first. To my surprise, as a return of kindness, Andy introduced me to Alex and asked if he could help with my notoriously difficult low beam bulbs. Alex’s car was already running and he was ready to leave, but he insisted on helping me right then and there. Alex is a true master of his craft. He knew the exact trick—turning the steering wheel to access the bulbs through the wheel well—and replaced BOTH low beam bulbs in literally just a few minutes without even turning off his engine! I was so shocked by his efficiency that I didn't even have time to properly thank him. This kind of professional spirit and teamwork between Andy and Alex is rare. If you need parts, go see Andy at O'Reilly; if you need any car repairs, do yourself a favor and find Alex at Car Fix Libertyville. Highly recommend!
