I had a scheduled oil change and have been a returning customer for years with two cars, yet he argued with me for several minutes insisting I was a new customer with no account. He entered my phone number incorrectly, said I had no appointment, and made me create a new account and come back another day, wasting two trips. His condescending attitude was unacceptable. Very disappointed, and I won’t return if he’s working.
