- BNBranden NewtonSep 10, 20251.0I went in to get an oil change way before my service was due. I wanted to protect my truck for an upcoming road trip for a move to Texas. I get to Texas and I have NO OIL in my truck because they stripped and rounded and possibly cross threaded so the oil has been leaking out - my oil pan alone is over 2500$ plus taxes and fees to replace. Not to mention days without a vehicle. Impossible to determine the damage caused to the engine. They responded that usually the customer pays for repairs and then they reimburse. Like I should just cough up thousands of dollars for repairs to my almost brand new truck. I’m currently putting oil in my truck everyday that is money as well just to get to work while it’s actively leaking. My case is currently open for a resolution. DO NOT go here or to any Jiffy Lube location for that matter.
