  Enterprise Rental car in Lansing the staff there is very professional very polite and explaining all details of the process the office was very clean and neat very friendly will definitely use them again

  Enterprise Customer Service, Robin I am writing to formally express my disappointment with the service I have received during my last 2 rental experiences. As a loyal and repeat customer, I have consistently chosen Enterprise for my transportation needs, which makes these recent issues particularly frustrating. Across multiple reservations, I have encountered a recurring problem with vehicle availability and downgrading my vehicle class. Despite reserving specific vehicle types in advance, I have repeatedly been informed upon arrival that those vehicles were not available and have been downgraded and was told that I’m lucky to get a car. This pattern has significantly impacted my confidence in the reliability of your reservation system. Most recently, I reserved a minivan for an important family trip. I was contacted the day prior and informed that a minivan would not be available, and that I would instead be provided with an SUV. While this was already an inconvenience, the situation escalated further when I arrived at the location. The assistant manager (Robin ) was unprofessional, dismissive, and unwilling to accommodate my needs. Ultimately, I was told that I was not getting a vehicle and to go to another location because I expressed my frustration with the assistance manager on two occasions. This experience was extremely disappointing and, frankly, unacceptable—especially for a customer who has demonstrated continued loyalty to your company. In an attempt to salvage my plans, I visited another nearby Enterprise location, only to be denied assistance with my existing reservation. As a result of these events, I was unable to properly accommodate my family for a planned trip to celebrate my grandmother’s 99th birthday. This was an important occasion, and the lack of reliable service made it unnecessarily stressful and disappointing. I would appreciate a prompt response addressing these concerns, along with an explanation of how Enterprise intends to prevent similar situations in the future. I also believe some form of compensation or acknowledgment of this experience would be appropriate given the circumstances. Thank you for your time
