  Terrible customer service from the store manager to corporate. They once gave my sandwich to someone else they took it to their car unwrapped it took apart and seen it was not their sandwich brought it back into the store and the employee tried to put the sandwich back to together and hand it too me like nothing happened. I told her not only is that very dangerous but if the health department seen you do that you would be fined. That's just one issue if you want to read more go on yelp the Bellwood IL location.

  Janky, 1/2 the pumps are out of order. Poor pumps layout/flow. Often times not worth the hassle of lower price per gallon. 1/2 the patrons don’t have the means to pay at the pump…thus gotta wait extra time for them to go in store and come back.

  Police harasses ppl in the parking lot. Every time I stop here to use the bathroom or pull over to nap between jobs, within the 1st 15 mins, the cop on duty is knocking on my window telling me to move my car without explaining why. It doesn’t make sense to not be able to rest for an hour at a place that advertises as a rest stop for working class citizens. There’s no signage that says “don’t park here to rest” anywhere so why am I constantly being harassed every time I come here? And not to mention the 5-10 business days it takes for the app to debit your gas purchase from your account. So if you need gas more often than 5-10 days apart, expect to see and oddly unbalanced checking account that’s completely inaccurate due to the extreme wait time they hold on to your money before it shows up as a purchase in your account. So you have to be an EXPERT at managing your finances b/c this system on the app leaves zero room for errors. These errors cost tons of money in insufficient funds and overdraft fees from your bank. And lastly, the pumps are always broken or out of order and someone keeps stealing the squeegees so you can’t even clean your windshield at every other pump. You might just have to go fishing for one or bring your own

  Worst QT you’ll find , every coffee machine is out of coffee, told workers they said they dunno or shrugged shoulders. More than half diesel pumps not working and some don’t work and are not even marked. One trucker in front of me put money on the pump and after he walked out to fill up the worker starts laughing saying oh he finna be maaaad! And then when I went to fill up I see him walking back inside cuz his pumps were broke . 🚮 🚮 trash 🗑️ place and trash service

  Warning: This is by far the worst location I’ve ever dealt with. The service is terrible, and the whole situation feels like a scam. My family member parked their semi‑truck there, and when they returned, it had been towed. They were told it was in an “employees only” parking area — yet there were no signs, no markings, nothing indicating that those spots were reserved for employees. How is anyone supposed to know that? This is unacceptable, and we will be pursuing legal action.
