    Put on hold without acknowledging me at all. Obnoxious marketing loop playing. Enterprise has gone way downhill. 10 minutes on hold no one ever picked up

    Great experience. I booked on-line very easy. Associate was wonderful, helpful and got me out the door fairly quickly. Thanks! I'll be back again. This is my 3rd rental at this location, always a nice experience.
