- KBKenyatta BasemoreDec 23, 20251.0I came into the store not knowing much about cars, the guy with glasses at the register rung me Up for the wrong oil so instead of doing a exchange he did a refund which defeats the purpose of getting oil between oil changes if I’m paying twice (waiting 5-7 days for the first charge to clear). Then tells me that the place to put windshield fluid was right when it was actually the place where you put coolant so this is costing me 160 dollars to fix! So I called the store to tell them and he answered the phone and pretended to be the manager and kept lying saying I’m calling the wrong location when I called the number on my receipt. I will never go back to this place again!
