  WORST RENTAL CAR EXPERIENCE IN THE AREA!!! I have rented cars from here MANY times in the past, was never informed I need to "pre-arrange" parking before hand. I picked up my rental, got home to realized the entire back of the vehicle was FILTHY! There were multiple panels broken on the inside of the car, which were not checked in the pre-rental pick up because it was downpouring so they didn't want to check everything. I got home to find the broken parts & the back of the car was covered in grave! I called them to let them know and they informed me I would not be charged for the deposit. I also found pack of Swisher-Sweets in the vehicle a few days into the rental in the floor boards; obviously didn't clean it too well... I've always left my car parked there, out of the way, for days on end with no issues. This time, 2 days after my rental, and over 1,300 miles away, they called me saying I need to move the vehicle I left there or they will have it towed. Then upon returning the car, they call me saying I'm being charged the deposit regardless because it was returned dirty; GLAD I took TIME STAMPED PHOTOS from when I picked it up originally! I tried asking for the VERY RUDE persons name on the phone (I think it was Moe?) but he hung up on me after asking for his name. I tried calling back, with no one answering. I tried calling again right after, someone picked up and wouldn't respond to me before they hung up. I tried calling a third time in a row, and someone immediately picked up and placed me on hold, where I sat and waited the remaining 45 minutes of my lunch until I had to hang up to go back to work! I have already contacted my bank & I am 100% disputing these charges!

  The staff was attentive and courteous picking me up and driving me to pick up my vehicle. No waiting. Thank you.

  I had a 1 hour 15 minute wait on a Monday morning to get my rental car. Staff was disorganized but trying to keep up. Nobody answers the phone. The staff at this site needs coaching on how to efficiently check in/out people for rentals. I rent all over and this is the worst that I’ve seen.

  I went in to return my rental, and I explicitly said when I walked up to the counter to the representative that, “I need to change my credit card payment from the save payment to a new credit card,” that I had in hand during the exchange. The representative then ignored my request, didn’t ask see to see my card, and charged the saved card on file. When I asked them to correct it, they stated they can’t do that in store and I have to call corporate Enterprise and rushed me out the door without offering to assist me any further. I then called corporate and they told me that they can’t take card information over the phone, and that I have to do that in store at the location where I turned in my rental. This is unresolved and neither the store, nor the corporate office is assisting me with this matter. This is a fraudulent business practice as they issued an unauthorized payment to my credit card and didn’t resolve the matter.
