    I went in to return my rental, and I explicitly said when I walked up to the counter to the representative that, “I need to change my credit card payment from the save payment to a new credit card,” that I had in hand during the exchange. The representative then ignored my request, didn’t ask see to see my card, and charged the saved card on file. When I asked them to correct it, they stated they can’t do that in store and I have to call corporate Enterprise and rushed me out the door without offering to assist me any further. I then called corporate and they told me that they can’t take card information over the phone, and that I have to do that in store at the location where I turned in my rental. This is unresolved and neither the store, nor the corporate office is assisting me with this matter. This is a fraudulent business practice as they issued an unauthorized payment to my credit card and didn’t resolve the matter.

    I made a reservation but they didn't have the vehicle I reserved (confirmation number is 1492108685). The condescending woman behind the counter told me they attempted to call me; which was a lie because I checked my phone and no incoming calls were made. Then she moved on to tell me they left a voice mail, and I do not have voice mail set up on my phone, so obviously B.S. I frequently rent from Enterprise as I travel for business 1-2 times a month. I'm thinking it's time to try something else. I did try the website, according to the response below, and called customer service to attempt to locate a vehicle in the area. The customer service representative couldn't locate a vehicle in the area, were going to track down a vehicle and call me back, but never did. 🙄
