  DO NOT GO HERE! They over.\nCharge the insurance.They don't have the appropriate equipment to complete the service.The manager Chris has no idea about customer service.Blames everyone else that works for him Other than taking ownership of the management issues. Does not apologize for all their mistakes! And then at then doesn't complete the work! When I try to explain this all to him , he will not listen and then blames me for getting defensive! A job that was supposed to be completed in 2 hours still hasn't been completed after 15 hours and 3 days! No apology was given and I had to go somewhere more reliable.

  First time using safe life,excellent. The technician knew everything about installing the new windshield and calibrating everything on the windshield he did an excellent job.

  Complete disappointment was quoted 271 charged 500 for my deductible talked to a million people was told that's our policy then found out my windshield arm was broken at the first rain impossible to talk to anyone stay clear

  My insurance company was setup to process the claim online, as well as schedule a windshield replacement with Safelite. I was informed it could be a 2-3 hours process (with the recalibration). Showed up at the scheduled time (literally the next day), and was told then it might take 1.5 hours. An hour later, my tech was done. Brought my car around and told me everything I needed to know as far as a timetable on using anything. I could not have been happier. Everything was a piece of cake. Highly recommend.

  Very disappointed with my experience. I had my windshield replaced on December 31st, and the recalibration never worked properly. They came out once to try to fix it, and I also brought it into the service center, but the issue was still not resolved. I was ultimately told I would need to take it to the dealership because the recalibration wouldn’t stick. I was promised a refund multiple times, but it has still not been processed. On top of that, I was repeatedly told that a manager or district manager would call me back, and no one ever did. After I started documenting my calls: 3/13: Told shop manager would call me back 3/17: Told shop manager would call me back 3/18: Told district manager would call me back 3/20: Told manager is “working on it,” would call me back 3/24: Told call was made and email sent to district manager and manager and would get a callback. Still no resolution and no returned calls. At this point, I feel like I’ve been given the runaround. Poor service, poor communication, and no accountability. I would not recommend if you need recalibration with your replacement.
