David was the technician that replaced my windshield. He was very kind and helpful through the whole process. When he arrived our driveway wasn’t available so he was patient while we were trying to make other arrangements. He even attempted to try to go to the next call to give us time, however, they weren’t available until a bit later, so he waited until we had made arrangements. The replacement and recalibration was very quick and efficient. Windshield looks great and everything is working just fine. Would highly recommend safelite’s mobile service and David as a technician.

Everything was okay. Except that they didn't clean and removed the glue good after replacing my windshield. They left glue residues.

The service I received from Safelite AutoGlass failed to meet even the most basic standards of professionalism and competence.
Following a minor accident that caused my vehicle’s rear glass to pop out, I scheduled an appointment for 7:30 a.m. on Tuesday, January 20th. I picked up my vehicle later that afternoon around 3:30 p.m. And, like most customers would reasonably assume, believed the issue had been fully resolved. Unfortunately, that assumption proved incorrect.
The following day, my wife noticed that the windshield wipers and fluid were no longer functioning. I was then forced to call Safelite AutoGlass again and schedule yet another 7:30 a.m. appointment for the next day to address a problem that had not existed prior to their service.
Shortly thereafter, I received a call from a Safelite representative named Will, who informed me that my vehicle allegedly had a “messed up wiper motor.”
I questioned why this issue was neither identified nor communicated during the original Tuesday appointment and why the responsibility fell on me to discover the problem and rearrange my schedule for a second visit. I explained that this lack of communication was both unprofessional and a waste of my time.
Will’s response was, verbatim: “Well maybe you shouldn’t mess up your truck.” This comment was not only inappropriate but also lacked any sort of logic, considering Safelite AutoGlass is a company whose business model is built around repairing vehicles that have been damaged.
Following this interaction, I immediately retrieved my vehicle and filed a formal complaint with corporate regarding Will’s conduct. I was assured that the district manager would contact me promptly. This did not happen. I followed up daily for three consecutive days before finally receiving a call, during which I was informed that there was “nothing he could do.”
When retrieving my vehicle, I took it to another repair location, where I was informed that the windows Safelite AutoGlass had installed were neither properly aligned nor calibrated. At that point, it became clear that this experience was not simply a customer service failure, but a failure to perform the core service the company is paid to provide. Additionally, I would personally like to condemn Will as he is not capable of any sort of professionalism and at the very least doesn’t seem to have a basic understanding of what services his company is used for.
This experience is particularly frustrating given that I had been a loyal Safelite Autoglass customer for many years. The dismissive behavior demonstrated by Will, combined with substandard workmanship and a complete lack of follow-through from management, reflects a company that appears indifferent to professionalism, accountability, and basic competence.
I would strongly urge potential customers to look elsewhere.

"Great experience! The technician arrived ahead of schedule and clearly explained everything he was going to do. The installation was quick, taking only an hour, and the windshield looks brand new. I’m very impressed with the quality of work and would recommend them to anyone."
