Then he offered to replace it. What great customer service!! Isaac is amazing. The whole staff is great too. This is a great AutoZone.
- JRJoJo R6 days ago5.0When my day couldn't get any worse, I realized that my car battery was dead. I thought to myself, "Who can help me in my dark time of need?" Jose and Gabriel. That's who. Like the arch angels of car mechanics, they swooped in and fixed my dead battery in record time. It's was as if God himself worked directly through their hands as the battery was placed into my poor sedentary car. Not only that, Jose gave me hope. He told me that there is in fact a restaurant nearby that has authentic Puerto Rican food. Now, my battery is fixed and I can gorgeous myself in Arroz con Gondulas. Life is good. This is the ONLY Autozone I will ever go to from now on. They are knowledgeable and extremely friendly. They do not force you into purchases you dont need. Best service ever, 10 out 10. They do the lord's work.

They are seriously the best. I am so grateful! Thank you again Isaac and Dwight🙏I will definitely only be going to this location. I hope they get a raise they truly deserve it. In addition I needed a new battery for my keyless remote and Isaac helped me find the correct one and placed the new battery in. Every time I’ve went there it has always been a good experience which is hard to find. Blessings to all of them.
