One year ago, they reset the oil and I noticed my oil levels dropping. I came back around this past spring...and they told me the oil didn't need a change at all. That doesn't make sense because the oil levels gauge was dangerously low, but they assured me it was fine. So I went about thinking it was. Well, yesterday, my car broke down in the middle of the street, and a different mechanic saw that the car needed an oil change. Jiffy Lube told me to I wouldn't need to come back until Christmas and I would still be fine afterwards, but I nearly got into an accident because their "mechanics" couldn't recognize their own work and tried to gaslight me into believing I didn't reset the oil gauge. Now we're on the hook for thousands of dollars worth of damage, all because these clowns couldn't do a basic job. Don't ever come here
