I was informed of recommendations, some that I've never been informed of from Jiffy Lube, Fullers, etc. Upon learning of the recommendations, Rey, checked my Cabin Air Filter (I didn't even know that existed) and lo and behold, it was atrocious. It had never been replaced since I purchased my vehicle brand new. They also checked my air filter, which was in need of replacement. I'm very satisfied with the level of service and most importantly, the care & concern that I felt with ensuring I was aware of these different options. I will definitely keep my car upkeep with Valvoline, in which I was referred by a close friend that also spoke highly of you all. Thanks for Everything!

I then asked were my fluid checked and topped off. I was told YES. When I checked my fluids were NOT checked as washer fliod was empty. I had to add myself. Thinking of going elsewhere for future. Not the service I expected.
