It's sad because she seemed like she was knowledgeable and could be helpful, but her demeanor just made the whole process unpleasant. Very unfortunate.

I spent 8,000$ here last year, in 2015 the dealership I was the head technician for spent over 70k in parts here, and a week ago I was lied to ignored and played because of someone’s mistake, which we all make sometimes. Instead of owning up to it I was lied to as a employee of this store proceeded to blame their mistake on another store, then told someone else different. I will never and I mean never spend another dollar at this store
