The bolts were not corroded and the area is not broken where they connect. They're just missing

Brian, the manager recently ordered me a new dipstick for my car because my other one was so old it cracked when they were changing my oil. They installed it for free and they always top off my oil If I bring it in for something else. I also appreciate that they are not pushy like other service shops and don't try to oversell you on stuff you don't need. As a matter of fact, just the opposite. If they feel you don't need something, they will tell you and I appreciate that honesty. I also appreciate the coupons and service reminders they send me in the mail very frequently for both myself and my son. I highly recommend this Crest Hill jiffy lube for their professionalism and great service 💯
