  5 stars! Great place to rent a car. Everyone is kind, courteous, helpful. They go out of their way! The cars a clean and taken care of. I will recommend this to anyone needing a rental! Thanks!

  Very disappointed with the service. Today my husband reserved a car in advance, but three hours later he received a call saying that the vehicle was not available. As a result, he is now late for an important meeting due to the complete irresponsibility of the staff. If you don’t have a car available, you should inform customers immediately, not hours later when people are already relying on your service and planning their day around it. We have used this service many times before and never experienced any issues, which makes this situation even more frustrating. It’s very disappointing to see such a drop in service quality. I believe the company needs to seriously review its internal processes and improve the way employees handle reservations.

  The vehicle I was given was one the worst running vehicles I’ve ever rented, and it was literally more per day then any one picked up with enterprise. Check engine, oil change and oil filter lights were all on when I drove off the lot. This isn’t my first bad experience with enterprise, not this location but I had a firearm stolen from a vehicle by an employee from enterprise with a previous rental.
