  Чувак который чистит душевые очень медленно работает. Передо мной было 9 человек я ждал 5 часов. Ждёт пока все душевые не освободятся потом начинает чистить.

  Tonight was a crazy night!! After taking my shower I went back to my truck and heard banging on my truck. It wasn't a normal knock, instead it was very loud and aggressive. I looked out my window and a Pilot employee name (Joc) a so call manager was banging on my truck with a wooden clip board. I then open my window and ask him, why was he banging on my truck with his clip board, instead of just knocking. He told me that he bangs on everybody's truck like that. I than explained to Joc that his action wasn't very professional and his actions may cause damage to customers truck. He proceeded tell me some story on why he felt that his action was ok. I told him he just having met the right person. I said the right person would but him in his place and addressed this issue. He then told me, to step my vehicle and he reach for something in his jacket. His words then was, "do you know where you at? He then proceeded to grab something in his coat and told me to step outside. I immediately called the police to handle the situation. Shortly after that, Top flight security came out with hand on his firearm and aggressive told me I had to leave. I waited until the cops came to wrote up an incident report. I will be making a formal complaint to corporate in the morning. Most of the staff here was professional but this Joc and his rent a cop buddy should not be employee around decent folks. Stay away from the Pilot if your a law abiding citizen

  When you order your chicken wings since I’m a pain, Customer, I cannot buy my chicken wings because I have to get whatever she gives me and I just want six flats. They say they can’t do that. No more you get whatever I give you that’s what the lady says and I’m buying the product I think that’s crap.

  On Saturday 10/25/25, at 21:16, i used the bathroom and the security guy put my stuff in the trash can also the guy at the front desk on the week ends night shift has an issues with truck drivers he was very unhelpful and will ignore you. I contacted pilot hr customer service about this issue and they did not respond , i need my items and answers to this unfair treatment at your store.
