Just to get there and ask me for almost 50 percent down on a used car. When I say that’s unacceptable he says I’m not approved at all. Left and went to Midway Dodge same day got approved with capital one for the same car but new with no miles only 2-3 inquiries with the down payment that I asked for. The salesman’s name was Rocky should be avoided. He said he’s the manager but was very rude and unprofessional. Take it or leave it attitude.

This must be the way they train their people, they don’t call back, they don’t bother to call and update you on your vehicle and they say they will have the part right away and 2 days later they still don’t have the part. Don’t bother being your vehicle here if you want it back in a timely manner. HORRIBLE SERVICE. RUN!!!
